Speed-to-Lead — for service businesses
Answer every inbound lead in 30 seconds. Even at 11pm.
A Claude-powered agent watches your forms, Instagram DMs, and missed calls. It replies in under 30 seconds, qualifies the lead, and books against the scheduler you already use. You only see it when the booking is locked.
The problem you already know
Someone fills your trial-class form, DMs your IG, or calls during a session. They wait nine minutes for a reply. They book the gym, spa, or studio that answered first. Industry data is consistent: contacting an inbound lead inside one minute is roughly 391% more effective than waiting five minutes. After thirty minutes, you've effectively lost them.
Hiring a human to staff that window doesn't pencil out. Web chatbots don't qualify. Booking forms don't reply. You're losing leads you already paid to acquire.
How it works
Step 1 — Catch
Every channel, one inbox
Hook up your form provider (Squarespace, Mindbody, Jane, Webflow, Google Forms), Instagram DMs, and your missed-call line. The agent sees everything within seconds.
Step 2 — Reply & qualify
30-second human-sounding response
Claude replies in your voice with a booking link, qualifying questions (schedule, package, intent), and an SMS fallback if they don't open the email.
Step 3 — Book
Lands on your calendar
The lead picks a slot in your existing scheduler. You get a one-line Slack/SMS notification with the qualified context. You walk into the session prepared.
What you actually get
- Pilot install (week 1): we wire your forms, DMs, and missed-call line into the agent. Smoke-tested end-to-end before it goes live.
- Voice tuning: the agent's replies match how you actually talk. We share-screen and refine three rounds before it ships.
- Qualification rules: you tell us what a "good" lead looks like (schedule fit, package interest, geography). It filters accordingly.
- Booking integration: direct handoff to whatever scheduler you use today — no migration required.
- Recovered-revenue report: every Monday morning, one email: leads caught, leads booked, estimated revenue recovered.
- Human escalation path: the agent texts you for any lead that needs a real human (refunds, complaints, complex packages).

Will my customers know they're talking to an AI?
Eventually yes — when they engage substantively, the agent transparently flags itself and offers a human handoff. The goal isn't to deceive; it's to make sure they get an instant, useful response instead of nothing for nine minutes.
What if it books someone who shouldn't have been booked?
The qualification rules are tuned during the pilot. The agent escalates ambiguous cases to you by text before booking. In the rare case of a bad booking, the recovered-revenue report flags it and we tighten the rules.
I already use Mindbody / Jane / Squarespace. Do I have to migrate?
No. The agent integrates with what you have. We have not yet found a mainstream small-business scheduler we can't connect to.

What does the refund actually look like?
If at day 30 the recovered-revenue report shows fewer than 3 lead conversions attributable to the agent, you email me. I refund the $499 to the same card within one business day. No fight, no clawback of the agent. The system stays installed for your team to keep using.
