Terms of Use (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of Random Tactical Timer ("the App") developed by Igor Ganapolsky ("the Developer").

1. License Grant

The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to the terms of this EULA and the applicable app store terms.

2. Subscriptions and Purchases

• The App offers optional in-app purchases, including an auto-renewable subscription ("Pro Tactical").
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings.
• No refunds are provided for the current subscription period upon cancellation.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful training and personal fitness purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Use the App at your own risk during physical training activities.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to injuries during training.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on data collection and usage.

7. Changes to Terms

The Developer may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
